Sunward does not diagnose, treat, or advise on any medical or mental-health condition. Nothing in the app, on this website, or in any Sunward content constitutes medical or mental-health advice. Always seek the advice of a qualified physician, therapist, or other licensed provider with any questions about your health, your child's health, or your family's wellbeing — and never disregard or delay professional advice because of something Sunward said.
Sol, the voice inside Sunward, is an artificial-intelligence coach. Conversations with Sol are conversations with software. Sol is not a licensed therapist, counselor, physician, attorney, or clinician of any kind, and using Sunward does not create a therapist–patient, doctor–patient, attorney–client, or any other professional relationship. Like all AI, Sol can make mistakes — use your own judgment, and rely on licensed professionals for professional decisions.

The Sunward quiz is a self-reflection and personalization tool. It is not a diagnostic instrument, a clinical screening, or an evaluation of you, your child, or your relationship, and its results carry no clinical meaning.
We describe Sunward as the first AI coach built specifically for parent–child reconnection. Basis: as of July 2026, our market review found AI parenting-advice coaches and AI co-parent message tools, but no AI coaching product built for the specific work of reconnecting a parent with their own distant or estranged child. If that ever changes, we'll update our language — being first matters less to us than being right.

Sunward is designed for parents and caregivers and is intended for users 18 and older. It is built to support communication with your child — it is not a product for children to use.
